Ingredients: Plain skir, a mix of seasonal fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apricots, cherries, blackberries, peach slices, etc.) and a drizzle of honey. (Option: toasted sunflower, black sesame, pumpkin seeds, etc.); homemade granola*

    1. Pour a portion of plain Greek yogurt into a bowl.
    2. Add a layer of fresh berries of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peach slices, kiwi slices, etc.). If you’re out of fresh fruit, use frozen fruit instead.
    3. For a touch of sweetness, drizzle a teaspoon of honey (or agave syrup) on top. And add a few homemade granola chips*
