- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Wash and dry the cabbage leaves thoroughly, then tear them into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the doughnut batter by mixing 2 tablespoons of wholemeal flour, water, spices (to taste), pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. You should obtain a creamy batter that is more solid than liquid.
- Dip and brush until the entire cabbage leaf is covered in the batter. Place the whole thing on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake until golden brown, then turn them over to cook the other side. When everything is golden brown, remove them and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
