Chips de Chou au Four avec Parmesan

Ingredients: Cabbage leaves, olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, sea salt, 2 tablespoons of wholemeal flour, water, pepper.

    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
    2. Wash and dry the cabbage leaves thoroughly, then tear them into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Prepare the doughnut batter by mixing 2 tablespoons of wholemeal flour, water, spices (to taste), pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. You should obtain a creamy batter that is more solid than liquid.
    4. Dip and brush until the entire cabbage leaf is covered in the batter. Place the whole thing on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    5. Bake until golden brown, then turn them over to cook the other side. When everything is golden brown, remove them and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
