    1. Prepare a filling with thinly sliced ​​vegetables (carrot, cucumber, lettuce, raw or cooked bean sprouts!) and cooked, shredded marinated chicken (with spices and soy sauce).
    2. In a pie dish, pour hot water and dip the rice paper in for 10 seconds, taking it out even if it is still hard. Squeeze out the excess water and place a small amount of filling in the center.
    3. Close the rice paper by folding the left and right sides, then the bottom part facing you, and roll to enclose the filling.
    4. Serve with spring roll sauce (1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp nuoc mam sauce, 6 tbsp water and the juice of half a lemon with pulp, 1 crushed garlic clove (and 1 chopped chili for those who like it spicy).
