Mini-Pizzas de Patate Douce

Ingredients: Sweet potato slices (or butternut squash or zucchini), tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, olive slices, pepper pieces

    1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
    2. Cut the zucchini into thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    3. Spread each slice with a thin layer of tomato sauce, then add the topping (olives, peppers, onions, etc.) and finally a little mozzarella cheese and a few fresh basil leaves.
    4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
    5. Serve warm as a snack or light dinner with a green salad.
